The mutation effected in favour of the fifth defendant, to the extent it relates to the plaint schedule property, is declared illegal and set aside. 3. Defendants 1 to 4 are directed to effect mutation of the plaint schedule property in the names of the plaintiffs, based on Exhibit A1 title deed, within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of this judgment. 4. The fifth defendant and any person claiming under him are hereby restrained by a permanent prohibitory injunction from trespassing into or in any manner interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plaint schedule property by the plaintiffs.
