Decree is for payment of compensation at the rate of Rs. 1864/- per month with future interest @ 6 % per annum from two months next after the expiration of the date of decree till vacant possession is handed over. Vacant possession was reported to be handed over on November, 2024. Hence amount due is the amount from 29th April 2020 to November, 2024, with interest as ordered.
